Blood Sweat and Tears

From USA

Listed under : Rock-1970

This NY group made the difference with the horn section.

BS&T was the experimental band that eventually became Chicago. They were a great band and David Clayton Thomas was the lead singer. They were better than Chicago -- that is less commercial and mainstream. If you can, listen to several cuts. Bob.

BK : Correction, Blood Sweat & Tears did not become Chicago. They were two totally separate entities with two totally different sounds. The ONLY personnel that they shared -- for one album -- was James William Guercio, the producer. The only idea that they shared with Chicago was the inclusion of horns with a rock band.
