Fortmed in 1979 by Ron Chenier. Fist have a career which spans a couple of decades and more than 10 albums with the latest "Bolted Door" being released in 2006. Retaining a pure sound the music is solid and inspiring. Guitar licks screamin' from Marshall amps, driving drums, keyboard melodies and a powerful lead vocal, Fist's music touches all Rock music fans. The new album "Bolted Door" retains the flavour of what Rock Music is all about.
