Slade Stachowiak : Marilyn Manson was born January 5th, 1969 in Canton , Ohio under the name Brian Hugh Warner, which he refuses to be called by.

His father was a priest and also attended Heritage Christian School. He eventually went to a christian highschool and was kicked out for stealing. When he turned 18 he moved to flordia where he continued his studies at Broward Community College where he majored in Music Journalism. When he graduated he began working for a magazine as a music critic. In 1989 he met Scott Mitchell, who later changed his name to Daisy Berkowitz, a freak combo of Daisy Duke and son of sam serial killer David berkowitz.

Brian changed his name to Mariyln Manson, which represented the most two memorable people in the sixties, Marilyny Monroe and charles Manson, good vs. evil. Gidget Gein ( bassist ) and Maddonna Wayne Gacy on keyboards joined the band not much later. The old drum machine was replaced by Sara Lee lucas. Gidget Gein was relaced in 1994 by Twiggy Rameriez. Also in 1994, Marilyn Manson met up with Dr. Anton Levey, the founder of the church of Satan and appointed Marilyn reverend. Quickly he wound up in Jail on account of Violation of Adult entertainment code " Following a nudity filled act in Jacksonville. Marilyn Manson was banned from the city of Utah for ripping apart a morman bible on stage. Ginger Fish replaced Sara Lee Lucas for drums. Daisy Berkowitz was replaced who later sued Manson claiming to be owed substantial sums in unpaid royalties, he was replaced with bassist Zim Zum.

In 1998 Sim Zum left the band being replaced by John Lowerly, , later known as John 5. He was banned from six flags themes parks, aka Darien lake NY, for unsaid reasons. He is currantly engaged to porn star Dita Von Teese and was once engaged to Rose McGownan. He was arrested and sued for rubbing his genitals on a bouncer at a show in 2003. The origanal band name was Marilyn Manson and the Spooky Kids, but was shortened to Marilyn Manson for obvious reasons.
